Developing People and Organizations

The ‎Developing People and Organization concentration offers insight into human and organizational relationships and builds the capacity for sound analytical judgment. You can learn to explore big picture thinking as it relates to an organization and its environment, and discover principles applicable to administrative issues in the private, public and nonprofit sectors.

Life and Career Coaching

Learn to guide others on their journey to a rewarding career. Enhance your knowledge of counseling techniques, human development theory and best practices for vocational career testing. By helping people find the roles that best suit their talents, you can also contribute to greater organizational success and increase your own value in the workforce.

The Life and Career Coaching concentration is also designed for you to meet the educational requirements for certification as a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education, Inc.

Higher Education Leadership

Online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership Curriculum

Admission Requirements

Our online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership gives you the opportunity to advance your expertise and enhance your career options. That’s why we do our best to make it as accessible as possible to anyone who has the desire to pursue it.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Degrees earned abroad must be deemed equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree.
  • GPA — minimum 2.7 on a 4.0 scale 
  • Application form/online application
  • Official transcripts from all schools attended
  • Professional resume/CV
  • Two professional and/or academic letters of recommendation
  • An interview with the program director and a writing sample may be required
