Because Rider’s online degree in organizational psychology offers two distinct and unique degree paths, the curriculum varies for each. Both consist of 121 credit hours (with up to 90 credits being transferable from a combination of two- and four-year institutions), which can be completed online in fewer than two years with transfer credits. Your programs of study will vary depending upon your academic background and completed coursework.

Course Requirements
Rider University’s online degree in organizational psychology requires the completion of 121 credit hours. Of the 121 total credits, 36 must be from upper-level courses, either within the major or any electives. Courses of study vary depending on which degree path you choose: BA or BSBA.
