Jeffrey Gossner is the vice president of business development with focus on manufacturing at Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DIRC), providing consulting services in strategy, business growth, operations and workforce development.

His background includes more than 30 years manufacturing experience at various senior level positions. Prior to assuming his present position, Gossner served as director of operations and general manager for multi-division-companies manufacturing engineered materials for the building and construction, electronics, automotive, appliance and other industries. Gossner’s experience includes P & L responsibility, directing strategic planning and business development initiatives, sales and operations; as well as developing strategic alliances and joint ventures with global supply-chain partners. Throughout his career, Gossner has held management positions or directed sales, production, quality, materials, HR, finance and product/process development.

He is a member of the Mid-Atlantic District Export Council, on the board of advisors for the International Trade Council and is the director of the board of directors for the Viriva Community Credit Union.
